    How do I place an order?

    Buying at The Cuddle Shop is secure and easy:

    • Select the item that you want in the appropriate size/age then click “Add to Cart”.
    • You can then continue shopping by addong more items to your cart or proceed to checkout.
    • Once you have selected all of your items, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the page. It will take you to the checkout page where you will follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

    You will receive an email confirmation once your checkout process is complete.


    How Can I pay for my order?

    At The Cuddle Shop, we offer a variety of options to make payments:

    How can I track my order’s status?

    After you complete the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email that the purchase was completed. Another email will be sent to you with a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. You may track your order on the Track Order Page after logging into your account.


    How do I modify or change my order?

    Once an order is complete, it cannot be modified or changed, except for the shipping address and that is only if the item has not been shipped. Returns and exchanges are allowed under certain circumstances. Please visit our Shipping and Returns page for more details.


    I placed an order for different items and I received separate shipping confirmation emails. Why?

    We have different warehouses globally. Occasionally, products are stored in different locations and won’t be shipped together. You will receive a shipping confirmation for each separate package that is shipped out to you.



    Do you offer free shipping?

    We offer free shipping in the USA only. International orders do not qualify for free shipping. Additional restrictions may apply.


    How soon will my order be shipped?

    An order is generally shipped within 3 business days.


    How long is the delivery time?

    Standard shipping is 10-20 business days, depending on the product.

    Please note: Certain high demand products may have a longer delivery time. If your order hasn’t arrived within he estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at If you haven’t received your order within 45 business days, you are welcome to contact our customer support for a full refund. This policy excludes customer input errors.


    Can I change the shipping address after making an order?

    If you have put down the wrong address or want to change the shipping address, please send us an email at as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to amend the shipping address while it is in transit. If the order has not been shipped, we will try our best to amend the shipping details and notify you of the change.



    Do you store my payment information?

    No. We do not store any information from customers’ purchases. The details are only taken to process the transaction.


    Is purchasing on The Cuddle Shop secure?

    Yes. We take multiple layers of security to ensure the highest level of safety of your information during the check-out process. Firstly, our site is based on HTTPS, which is the secured version of HTTP.  This means that all communication between you and our site are encrypted. All of our payment platforms also have additional layers of security.


    Is my personal information secure?

    At The Cuddle Shop, we keep to the highest industry standards. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question and is not stored.



    What is your refund policy?

    Yes. We will provide a full refund if you did not receive your order or if it arrived damaged. Please visit our Shipping and Returns Page for more information.


    Do you offer gift services?

    Yes, you can indicate that the item is a gift at the checkout stage. You may also choose to send a gift card instead.


    I want to send a gift but I am unsure of what to buy. What would you suggest?

    If you cannot decide which items to send as a gift, you can instead send a gift card to the person. They will receive an email with the details of the gift card for them to redeem online.


    How do I know what the right size is to select?

    Baby clothes are sized based on the age group. When you select an item, you will have the option to choose the color and size above the 'Add to cart' button. 


    I did not apply the coupon code. What can I do?

    Unfortunately, the coupon code cannot be applied after you have completed the processing of your order. Nor can you save it for future purchases. Only the coupons that are available on the day can be used. We want you to get those savings. So, please ensure that you try to remember to apply the code before finalizing your purchase.
