The Cuddle Shop offers free shipping in the USA.
Processing an order may take 2-3 business days. Once your order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details for your order.
Standard shipping is 10 - 20 business days, depending on the product. Delivery times may vary depending on the country and the courier service used.
Where costs for shipping apply, these are calculated and displayed at checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are a customer-friendly store that seeks to deliver quality service. If you're unhappy with any purchases we'll gladly accept your return.
For accurate processing, an email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking number of your return shipment.
Returns are accepted within 21 days after you receive the product. We accept returns if the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and in the same original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
Upon verification, refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
- You did not receive your order and after 45 days the order still has not been delivered to you
- The item is significantly different than the item described or shown on our website
- The item was significantly damaged during transit
Please note you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following circumstances:
- Item is not in original condition and damage was incurred due to reasons not due to error of The Cuddle Shop.
- Customer entered the wrong shipping details upon order and the order has already been shipped out.
Returning your purchase:
All returns are subject to verification of the original sale. To process your refund, we need proof of purchase and item must be returned with the receipt/packing slip and price tags attached.
Items are to be returned to The Cuddle Shop. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will also be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items to The Cuddle Shop.
We may on occasions have packages returned to us because it was undeliverable. This generally happens for one of the following reasons:
- An incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout.
- The courier failed in their attempt to deliver the package or the package was not picked up from a local depot within the time specified.
- The package was refused by the recipient.
The Cuddle Shop is not responsible for packages returned as undeliverable.
We will also not issue a credit or refund for the items in these packages.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected. We will also send you an emailed notification indicating that we are in receipt of your returned item. We will notify you whether your item is eligible for a refund based on the conditions outlined above.
If approved, processing time may take 7 business days. The refund will be made via the original method of payment. We are not responsible for any transactions costs or currency differences when the refund is processed.
You are responsible for return shipping fees.

We have provisions for refunds of items purchased as gifts. If during the purchase you marked an item as a gift and it was directly shipped to you, we provide a gift credit for the value of your return. We will email a gift certificate to you or the recipient once the returned item is received at The Cuddle Shop.
